NekoSuneVR Avatars Search is a tool designed to help users find VRChat avatars quickly and easily. It searches for avatars using publicly available data without storing sensitive information.
We use an open-source project called VRC-Log to process avatar search queries. Our system stores avatar IDs on our server and marks them as pending. Our backend servers then scan these avatars, and if they are public, they will appear on the site. If they are private, they will never be shown. This process only works if users have VRC-LOG running.
No, our system does not store any avatar files or associated assets. The tool only searches and displays publicly available metadata. No one will be able to rip avatars using NekoSuneVR Avatars Search.
If you discover a ripped or crasher avatar, please report it to our Discord server for removal. However, note that we require proof and evidence of the violation. If reporting a crasher avatar, a video is necessary to demonstrate its impact. If reporting a ripped avatar, either a photo or video is acceptable. If submitting a video of a ripped avatar, it must include proof that the user admitted to ripping it or other supporting evidence.
If all nodes are red, it means they are not functioning correctly. Please report this issue to NekoSuneVR on Discord, and they will restart the nodes to bring them back to green status.
If you would like your avatar removed from search results, please contact NekoSuneVR via our Discord server. We will review your request and take appropriate action.
Currently, there is no dedicated VRChat world for searching avatars. However, we are working on one and seeking developers to help bring this feature to life. If you're interested in contributing, please reach out to us!
